Who is The Trini Gee?
The Trini Gee is one person. No, I’m not from Trinidad (people do ask). I’m a Black woman, mother, wife, and creative. The label list goes on, but a quick browse through my shop offers a glimpse into my interests and pride. While I partner with a print and production team, everything—from the designs to the customer messages—is handled by me.

Do you make the items featured on the site?
I create and curate the artwork featured on my products. Some designs are drawn or digitally illustrated by me, and others are created in collaboration with other artists and designers. This allows for a wider variety of products without compromising the creative vision.

How long does delivery take?
Every item is made to order. I don’t keep inventory on hand. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking info. Most U.S. orders arrive within 7 days. Please allow extra time for holidays or USPS delays.

Is international shipping available?
Yes. International delivery is available for most items at an added cost. In some cases, I’m able to reduce the shipping fee depending on the order quantity.

What are the shipping costs?
Shipping is free on all domestic orders within the United States.

What if my items arrive misprinted, damaged, or defective? What if they never arrive?
We can resolve most issues quickly if you reach out within 30 days of receiving your item. Please send a message and I’ll handle it from there.

Do you accept returns?
Since items are made to order, I don’t accept returns or exchanges. However, if something isn’t right, please contact me. I want you to be satisfied and will work to make it right.

Can I have everything shipped in one package?
Sometimes items ship separately to speed up delivery. If that happens, you’ll receive tracking details for each package.

Where are your products delivered from?
While the art and designs are created by me, the products themselves are professionally printed and fulfilled by trusted partners in the United States. Nothing ships from outside the U.S.

Does customizable mean handmade?
No. Customizable means design elements such as names, colors, or other details can be adjusted upon request. It does not indicate that the item is handmade or hand-sewn. 

I live nearby—can I pick up my order from your house?
Nope. I don’t hold inventory or ship from home. Everything is fulfilled through professional production partners.

Can you customize my gift?
Yes! Customization is available for most products at an added cost. Once payment is made, I’ll provide mockup options within 24 hours.
